United States rock stars Foo Fighters have surprised fans with the release of their first new music since 2015.

Rafael Nadal's Second-Round Opponent Didn't Stand A Chance
Their match was suspended because of darkness on Tuesday with the 12th-seeded Frenchman trailing 7-5, 6-4, 6-7 (6), 5-4. Steve Johnson advanced to the third round of the French Open by beating Borna Coric 6-2, 7-6 (8), 3-6, 7-6 (6).

Foo Fighters dropped a surprise on fans this morning (June 1) with the release of the new song "Run" and its corresponding video.

No details on a new album just yet.

Talking about releasing new music, the rocker told Gordon Smart: "To hear it go out to the world, it's like you're letting something free and it's unbelievable".

Foo Fighters head out soon on a tour of Europe and Asia and will headline summer festivals including Glastonbury in England, Roskilde in Denmark and Summer Sonic in Japan. The song sees the Foos in familiar territory, kicking off with a ballad-esque beginning, only to quickly shift into raging high gear, bolstered by Grohl-screamed lyrics.
