IL lawmakers are supposed to complete the budget and adjourn for the summer Wednesday, but some speculate Democrats will push past the deadline to put pressure on Republicans both in the Senate and Governor's office.

"They're just going to replace people no big deal", Plainfield Rep. Mark Batinick says. Some protesters were seen being dragged out of the gallery by security staff. The House's 67 Democrats would need GOP votes to achieve a 71-vote supermajority.
The protesters are part of a coalition called Fair Economy Illinois.
The bill marks the second time lawmakers in IL have attempted to enact automatic registration.
