Shapiro is expected to declare that Rob will honor the provisional restraining order filed against him and that he will desist from communicating with Blac Chyna or bully her over social media from now on.

Reality TV stars Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have agreed to split custody of their young daughter amidst their ongoing legal issues. His last post on Twitter was about his disappointment towards his ex, whom he accused of cheating on him and using him for his money.

The full interview aired Monday night, hours after Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against Rob.

This comes in addition to the model's claims back in April where she said Rob punched and knocked her to the ground.

During the Nightline interview, Chyna noted that she and Rob have been broken up since December, and claimed that Rob has been physically abusive to her in the past.

Another court date has been set for August, but in the meantime, Chyna has no intention of keeping Kardashian away from Dream.

Chyna stated in the documents, obtained by People magazine: "Rob was mad at me and was speaking poorly about me in front of me in front of my four-year-old son, King Stevenson".

Chyna also talks about what initially attracted her to Rob, who was reclusive at the time they started dating. She was granted a domestic violence restraining order against him.

"Rob's only concern is for the well-being of baby Dream", he added. "I'm like, 'How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me?' And I'm like, 'Wow, okay.' This is a person that I trusted".

Like we said, Chyna isn't screwing around.

"I would never try to take Dream from her dad", Chyna said.

"I was devastated. I'm looking at this and I'm like, 'How could someone do this to me?'" she said.

Chyna took legal action after being subjected to her ex-fiance's explicit rant on Instagram last week in which Kardashian shared three alleged nude photos of her breasts and genitals. "This woman is so disrespectful and I don't care (sic)".
